I’m Neil, Founder and Director of Impresa. I’m a qualified accountant with more than twenty years’ experience covering cashflow management, management reporting, forecasting, KPI development, commercial analysis, and strategic finance support, with a strong focus on improving business performance and supporting better decision-making.

My career has been spent with SMEs and multi-site businesses across a range of sectors including healthcare, social care, engineering & manufacturing, and professional services.
